I had tried 4 other companies to get my hockey jersey patches done but ended up frustrated.  I found Quality Patches on Google and asked for a quote.  They immediately responded.  I did have a few rounds of questions, but they answered them within an hour of me asking.  They were very accommodating on a few design changes after I had given them the initial design.  Once the patches went to production, I received them a week later.  The patches were exactly what they showed in the sample and are perfect. I have been searching for a company to make my patch the way I wanted for the back of my motorcycle vest for two years. Quality Patches were the ONLY ones that COULD do it at the size I wanted and at a reasonable price.The communication was absolutely fantastic! I have order several patches from them and their design team is amazing with putting my ideas into an actual patch. This company is full of B.S. I placed an order of 20 patches over a month ago and just received them a months and 2 weeks later. I've ordered 100 patches somewhere else and had them back in 2 weeks.
They are full of excuses. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!  They outsource the work; my paches were made in Pakistan but the company is in Torrance, CA.  Really bad quality and was not stitched like I ordered. You don't even get a chance to see a ruff copy of the work until you make a deposit or pay in full. So irritated with the company it's a shame friendly advice use another company or be disappointed like I am. Jacob is a rock star sales rep and really goes the distance for his customers. The quality of our samples are amazing and the pre-production process went so smooth in spite of a few design changes from my team. Can't wait for our full production run to arrive!
